View the range plans HERE!
The following is a wonderful description of what Maccauw Clay Target Club will be entertaining you with at this year’s Free State FITASC Sporting Championship 2019 & FITASC Sporting African Grand Prix!
- We will be using three high towers, two low-ish towers throwing battue, midi, super-mini, rabbit, loppers, floppers, fast and close, fast and far, speed, angle and distance to have interesting targets for both the novice shooter as well as the advanced shooter. Bearing in mind that this is the Grand Prix of Africa…..
- We have normal orange, black, pink and blue targets;
- We will be overlaying on one trap range using 1 x trap target as well as overlaying on a trench range using 2 x trench targets. The balance will be from sporting and other machines;
- We will try to avoid any edge-on targets and the pairs will be carefully chosen so that everyone has a chance to get to it;
- We will be using similar Range positions for Sunday, but will move the pads and re-set machines for new targets for Sunday;
